Antelope Valley Health Neighborhood

The Antelope Valley Health Neighborhood (AVHN) began meeting in 2015 to utilize existing resources from the community in order to increase access to care, integration of services, and work together on population health issues across the area. The AVHN has assembled diverse stakeholders including health providers, mental health providers, substance use disorder treatment providers, faith-based groups, community-based organizations, County Departments, state and local government, school districts, and many others to work together on the issues most relevant to the residents of the Antelope Valley. The AVHN continues to increase their reach by welcoming a growing number of diverse community participants in an effort to provide more comprehensive services and contribute to the overall health and wellness of the community.
